- Quotations & Proposals: Any estimates or proposals provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. A formal agreement must be signed before any work commences.
- Revisions & Changes: We strive to exceed expectations. However, major changes to a project’s scope after work has begun may require additional fees and timeline adjustments. This will be communicated clearly.
- Sustainability Commitment: While we incorporate sustainable and enduring design principles, specific environmental outcomes (e.g., energy certification levels) must be explicitly detailed in your project contract.

4. Client Responsibilities
To ensure a successful collaboration, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about your project, needs, and vision.
- Respond to our requests for feedback or approvals in a timely manner to avoid project delays.
- Obtain any necessary permits, land surveys, or third-party approvals not explicitly included in our service agreement.

5. Payments & Fees
- Fees for services are detailed in your individual project contract. This may include fixed fees, hourly rates, or a combination.
- A retainer or deposit may be required before work begins. Invoices are due within the timeframe stated on the invoice (e.g., 15 or 30 days).
- Late payments may incur interest charges of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law, and we may pause work until payment is received.

6. Intellectual Property & Deliverables
- Conceptual Designs & Drawings: All preliminary sketches, concepts, and drawings remain our intellectual property until final payment for the relevant phase is received in full.
- Final Deliverables: Upon full payment, we grant you a license to use the final architectural drawings and plans for your specific project. You may not reuse these designs for other projects without our express written permission and additional compensation.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ArchTek Inc. Architects shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or our services. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

8. Third-Party Links & Tools
Our website may link to external sites or use third-party tools. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those third parties.

9. Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice if the other party commits a material breach and fails to remedy it within 15 days. Upon termination, you will pay for all work completed up to the termination date.

These Terms and the relationship between you and ArchTek shall be governed by the laws of the state where our principal office is located, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
